1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of ReviewRush.io, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Service

ReviewRush.io offers Trustpilot review publication campaigns, paced delivery tooling, dashboard tracking, and related support workflows designed to help businesses manage online reputation campaigns. We preserve the right to change, suspend, update, or discontinue any aspect of our service tools at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access ordering, campaign management, and dashboard operations, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your credential sets (passwords, tokens) and are entirely responsible for all actions recorded under your profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. User Conduct

We require that all users interact with our systems respectfully and legally. When placing campaigns or using our platform, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or intentionally misleading business or campaign information.
• Impersonate any other person, brand, or company executive.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform code or campaign infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, virus loads, or engage in denial-of-service vectors.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform interfaces, design structures, software, documentation, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ReviewRush.io. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own legitimate business campaigns. You may not resell or repackage our brand elements, tooling, or proprietary workflows.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Campaign packages and related billable services on ReviewRush.io require payment before fulfillment begins. All transactions are cleared safely via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Where a recurring plan exists, it renews automatically at the end of each term unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not offer partial refunds for mid-term cancellations unless required by law or stated otherwise for a specific package.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReviewRush.io provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes, uninterrupted platform availability, or that every published review will remain visible indefinitely on third-party platforms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewRush.io, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the ReviewRush.io ecosystem immediately, without prior warning, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to settle outstanding balances.

10. Changes to Terms

We preserve the right to amend, alter, or update these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are committed, we will adjust the date tag at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following modifications signifies your active consent to the updated Terms of Service.
